Dark and Gold Closed Limpet stud earrings - medium, pattern 4
Inspired by the shells washed up on the Jurassic Coast here in Devon these earrings in dark patinated sterling silver have been hand cut, formed and pierced. The hand applied texture is derived from the Echinoderm collection at the Royal Albert Memorial Museum in Exeter and a 23.75ct yellow gold leaf surface glistens inside the hollow centre.
The studs are hand polished to a soft, water worn finish and, with a hand applied surface pattern, no two pairs in this series are the same. A sterling silver ear pin and butterfly catch completes the design.
