These dramatic earrings are my take on the waves that are such a perennial motif for artists and are my signature design and always sell out at shows. The deeply dished shape, hand hammered texture and crunchy antiqued 23.75ct gold leaf surface all combine to create a soft reflection that always catches the eye. Made in thin copper, they are strong yet deceptively light and a sterling silver ear pin and an extra large plastic and gold plated ear back complete the design. Individually created, each pair is unique in its surface patina and gilding.

These earrings were created by hand piercing and texturing followed by heat and chemical patinating, gilding and finally lacquering the surface. They are available in sizes ranging from the dramatically oversized 35mm to the discrete 10mm and also in both bright and dark silver.
