Dark Closed Limpet and Pearl pendant - medium, pattern 4, rounded box chain
Hand cut, pierced and textured this pendant in dark patinated sterling silver was inspired by the shells washed up on the Jurassic Coast here in Devon. The hand applied texture is derived from the Echinoderm collection at the Royal Albert Memorial Museum in Exeter and a freshwater pearl nestles on the 23.75ct gold leaf surface inside the hollow centre.
The pendant is hand polished to a soft, water worn finish and is suspended on a dark patinated sterling silver rounded box chain. Surface patterns vary between individual pendants - no two are the same.
