Dark Closed Limpet pendant - small, pattern 4
Hand pierced and textured this small pendant in dark patinated sterling silver was inspired by the shells washed up on the Jurassic Coast here in Devon. The hand applied texture is derived from the Echinoderm collection at the Royal Albert Memorial Museum in Exeter and an acrylic gold surface glistens inside the hollow centre. This design would work well being worn in a group, especially amongst a variety of surface finishes.
The pendant is hand polished to a soft, water worn finish and is suspended on a dark patinated 1.6mm sterling silver rounded box chain. Surface patterns vary between individual pendants - no two are the same.
