These slightly dished earrings are inspired by the softly eroded pieces of flotsam washed up on the Jurassic Coastline here in Devon. The shape along with the hand hammered surface finish create a soft reflection that always catches the eye. The patina includes shades of green, blue and golden brown much like a petrol sheen.

Deceptively light, these earrings are available in various sizes and also in patinated copper, with or without a buttery yellow gold leaf finish.

The earrings were created by hand scribing a circle onto copper sheet, hand piercing, drilling, texturing and soldering on a sterling silver ear pin (a sterling silver butterfly catch is attached). A chemical and heat patina is created, which is then lacquered.
